The DavidBnB Story
DavidBnB started its journey in 2021 – initially with short-term rental of our own properties. In the early days, everything was manual: guest communication, pricing, cleaning coordination, administration. It quickly became clear that traditional, manual management doesn't scale efficiently.
Our founder has extensive experience in software development and building international SaaS products. This background sparked the idea: what if technology wasn't just a supporting tool, but the core of operations?
That's how the DavidBnB system was born – a fully digitized, AI-based property management platform that automates monotonous, repetitive tasks while ensuring a human is always present at critical decision points.
We started our co-hosting service first in Debrecen, then in Budapest. Our system makes it possible to manage 5 or 50 properties with the same quality – AI doesn't get tired, doesn't forget, and doesn't go on vacation.
